We endeavor to process all orders and have them posted quickly.  Large orders are the exception and these can take a little longer. In the event that there is a significant hold up we would be in contact and inform you of the delay.

Australia Post's cost for a (Larger Letter) Standard Post is $3.00

International Postage

$30.00 - 500 gm Satchel   Approx. 1 - 5 DVD's

$45.00 - I kg Satchel         Approx.  6 -10 DVD's

$70.00 - 2 kg Satchel        Approx. 11 - 20 DVD's

Australia Post International Standard Satchels will provide tracking numbers.

Delivery times vary depending on the location being sent.  Overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights may affect delivery times.

Please be aware Australia Post is experiencing substantial international delays due to the pandemic. 

We will not provide refunds for items delayed through the postal service.

Returns accepted.

Please contact us to arrange a Return Authority Number for items to be returned and refunded.

To be eligible for a Refund you must contact us with 30 of receiving your item.
Return postage will be paid by the Buyer
Refunds will be given upon return of the item including the Return Authority Number.
